The White River Yacht Club Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity for educational and charitable purposes. These include maintenance and improvement of the grounds and buildings of the White River Yacht Club.

Improvements made with foundation funds have included:

• New awning

• New carpeting

• New doors between dining room and bar

• New flooring in entry and hallways

• New flooring in kitchen

• New paint and décor throughout

• New chairs
